Terms and Conditions

• U-First services are non-transferrable, non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash.
• This service is not applicable for departures from Nagasaki(NGS), Ishigaki (ISG) and Siem Reap (REP).
• Owing to operational circumstances, the pre-boarding service may not be available for some flights. If the service is not available for your flight, we will offer you a voucher for the pre-boarding service which you may use on your next HK Express flight departing from any airport (excluding ISG, REP and NGS departures).
• In case of dispute, Hong Kong Express Airways Limited reserves the right of final decision.
