Q. Can I make changes to a U-Biz booking?
A. Yes. Flight change is available via the “Manage My Booking” portal up to 3 hours before departure for U-Biz bookings. Please note that fare differences may apply.
Q. Can I cancel my U-Biz booking?
A. Yes. For flight cancellation, U-Biz booking is allowed to cancel flights up to 7 days prior to their scheduled departure time and will receive a refund for 90% of the booking amount exclusive of taxes and fees in the form of a voucher.
