  • Airport Express Customer Service Centre of Hong Kong, Kowloon or Tsing Yi stations
  • Airport Express Customer Service Centre at the arrival platform of Airport Station

Heiwajima Natural Hot Spring

Heiwajima Natural Hot Spring is the best place to relax before or after your flight. Enjoy late at night or early morning. Free shuttle bus is provided between Haneda Airport <> Heiwajima Onsen.

Conditions of use

  • Only passengers holding a temporary visa to Japan can use this pass.
  • The pass can be exchanged within 3 months from the purchased date.
  • Refund will only be given on the flight of purchase.
  • Pass holders are eligible to ride on both reserved and non-reserved seats on the Kyushu Shinkansen, limited express, rapid and ordinary trains.
  • The number of reservation seats allowed will be capped at 10 times for 3 day passes and 16 times for 5 day passes.
  • Northern, Southern and All Kyushu Passes cannot be purchased in one transaction as the receipts can only be exchanged at designated counters.
  • Please be aware that the exchange ticket counters vary according to rail pass type. No exchanges/refunds will be given if receipts are taken to the incorrect exchange counters.

  • All Shikoku Rail Pass can only be used to travel on the following routes: Non-reserved seats on limited express, rapid and ordinary trains for all JR Shikoku Line and Tosa Kuroshio Railway Line.
